Some Client Feedback:
"As parents of two children with ASD we feel grateful every day that Dorothy was recommended to us. Her kindness, unending knowledge of any situation, constant support and her fantastic way with both our children has changed our lives for the better. We love her, our children love her, she is amazing"
"I highly recommend Dorothy she has such a special gift with her individual approach in helping each of my children. They have made huge progress and truly look forward to their sessions with her. She goes above and beyond in her continuity of care"
'Dorothy could not have been kinder and more professional throughout the entire assessment process. She completely put my daughter at ease. Dorothy's report and recommendations were life changing for us. The report was also very clear and easy to understand, everything was explained thoroughly. My daughter also required further therapy sessions, all of which have helped her enormously in all aspects of her life in and out of school. We would have been lost without her'
"My children have been attending Achieve OT for the last couple of years. Dorothy is amazing with them. Her compassion, caring and empathetic approach had built a trusting relationship with them. Currently we are doing skype sessions which are working out fantastic. As a family we are very thankful to have Dorothy in our lives."

We have been working with Dr. Dorothy Armstrong since 2018. Our son was only diagnosed with ADHD and DCD after he started in Secondary School. As there had been no real indicators that our son was on the spectrum, this came as a complete shock to us all. It was explained to us that in some people, late onset of very noticeable symptoms can occur once the child starts secondary school due to the increased levels of concentration and responsibility needed to get through each day. Dorothy has been an absolute godsend in helping our son (and us!) understand his condition more and how to manage his life on a daily basis. He had started to become very negative about himself, and Dorothy, over the last 2/3 years has help our son with his personal development and scholastic development in the areas of self-esteem, organisation and confidence. She has given our son the tools to manage his daily life and the difference this has made to him has literally been life changing. Dorothy has such a calming manner and a wonderful empathetic approach to all of her clients and this make her service invaluable to both her clients and their family. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Armstrong and Achieve Occupational Therapy to anyone needing their services.
